Ben Foster Eyeing Next Dan Brown Pic
Ben Foster is currently in talks to play a villain, intent on releasing a very deadly virus, in the big screen adaptation of Dan Brown’s Interno.
This will also be the third film starring Tom Hanks as symbologist Robert Langdon. Ron Howard, who helmed the first two Brown adaptations The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, is once again in the director’s chair.
Foster’s character is a scientist who becomes with Dante’s Inferno, a 14th century poem about the nine circles of Hell, and believes the virus is the best way to drastically reduce the world’s population.
Foster was most recently seen as fallen Navy Seal Matt Axelson in last year’s Lone Survivor.
Felicity Jones, Irrfan Kahn and Omar Sy are also in the movie, which is currently scheduled to begin shooting in Europe next month.
