Supernatural Thriller Starring Emile Clarke To Move Forward
Voice From the Stone, a new supernatural thriller, has been grabbed by by international sales and finance company 13 Films.
Dean Zanuck is executive producing the film, which stars The Game of Thrones‘ Emile Clarke, as well as Stefano Gallini-Durante. First time feature film director Eric D. Howell is slated to begin shooting this month in Italy.
Clarke’s character is Verena, a nurse summoned to aid a young boy named Jakob, who has remained silent since the death of his mother nearly one year previously.
Set in Tuscany, the story, scripted by Andrew Shaw and based on the Italian novel La Voce Della Pietra by Silvio Raffo, revolves around Jakob, who is living in a manor with his father (Marton Csokas). is apparently under the force of an evil supernatural force trapped within the structure’s walls. She develops a strong relationship with the boy and his father, but also becomes more and more consumed by the force.
